SAEL: Leading in Quality and Global Reach

We are proud to share our collaboration with SAEL, a long-standing client and a leader in India’s renewable energy sector. Recently, we supported SAEL in installing a state-of-the-art glass-glass panel production line, equipped to work with the latest TOPCon cell technology. With an annual production capacity of 300 MW, this line is a significant step forward in solar module manufacturing.

While 300 MW may seem modest for India’s scale, the standout achievement is the production of Double Glass TOPCon panels. Few manufacturers in India are equipped to produce these advanced panels, and even fewer can do so with the precision and quality SAEL consistently delivers.

A Legacy of Excellence and Innovation

SAEL has been working with our machinery since 2011, a partnership spearheaded by our Managing Director in India, Rajen Shah. Together, we have pioneered advancements in the Indian market, navigating challenges such as the influx of Chinese lines that have disrupted local production. Despite this, SAEL has set itself apart by focusing on glass-glass panels, a product that remains relatively uncommon in India, where glass backsheet panels dominate.

Thanks to our European-engineered machines, SAEL maintains the highest standards of production quality. Their production line operates 24/7, assembling over 190–200 panels daily, showcasing the efficiency and reliability of their operations.

The team at SAEL are true masters of their craft, producing TOPCon Glass-Glass panels with expertise unparalleled in India. Their commitment to quality extends beyond the local market: SAEL’s panels are exported across Europe, reaching clients in countries like the Netherlands and Norway, ensuring their innovative products make a global impact.
